Stocks are dwindling due to the coronavirus pandemic, as parts coming from China are affected by the health crisis, especially when they are among the top countries with the most cases, as Bloomberg previously reported.
Nevertheless, the demand for Switch is higher than ever, as the console is sold out everywhere amid the pandemic.
Besides the console, Animal Crossing: New Horizons is also highly successful with its launch, especially in Japan.
Therefore, the return of Nintendo Switch Lite bundles in the U.K. shelves is highly welcomed--more so since the price hasn't changed despite the decrease in supply and the increase in the demand.

This might come as a surprise, especially when the Nintendo Switch is already deemed underpowered when compared with the Xbox One and the PlayStation 4, let alone the upcoming new-gen consoles.
Nevertheless, Switch is already home to some of the most surprising ports, so it could really be possible to see Xbox Series X and PS5 games on the Nintendo Switch in the future.
