'Facebook Shops'

This new feature will make it easy for businesses to set up an online store for customers to have access to both Instagram and Facebook. Businesses have the option to choose the kind of products they want to feature and sell from their catalogs and then customize everything--from cover images to accent colors giving it a style of their own.

This ultimately means that any kind of business, big or small, can bring their shops online and connect to various costumers whenever and wherever is convenient.

You can find Facebook Shops on either a business' Facebook Page or their Instagram profile. You can also discover these sellers through different ads and stories.  People can automatically browse their entire catalog, save products, and place an order.

Customers will be able to message a business through Messenger, WhatsApp or Instagram Direct to ask questions and inquiries regarding the products they are selling, deliveries, and support, just like how you normally would at a physical store.

"We're starting to roll out Facebook Shops today, and it will be more widely available in the coming months. We're also investing in features across our apps like Instagram Shop, live shopping, and more that will be integrated with Facebook Shops to help customers discover products they're interested in and make purchasing easier," Facebook added.
