Asus ROG Phone 3 has stunning live wallpapers for your Android device. According to Life Hacker's report, the new Android smartphone is designed specifically to be used for the online gaming experience to enhance the users' gaming activities.

Asus ROG's wallpapers are also designed to be animated, which can be turned on by activating its high-performance "X-Mode." The reason for the phone manufacturer is to bring out an extreme-gaming ambiance. However, these wallpapers may sometimes cause lags in the game.

The animated wallpapers look pretty good, which is made available by the XDA Forums user linuxct, allowing the users to download them on any smartphone running Android 9 or higher. The wallpapers are enabled to create moving animations with the help of a special X-Mode Toggler app created by Linuxct.

This app can match the X-Mode button. However, the report clarified that although the companion app is required to run the live wallpapers, it doesn't degrade the players' gaming experience. Users can install linuxct's X-Mode app and ROG Phone 3's live wallpapers from XDA Developers.

However, before you can install them, there are a few things that you must do first. You need to a USB cable, a computer or laptop, and an ADB tool.

Step-by-step guide on how to download Asus ROG Phone 3's live wallpapers

1. You need to use the XDA Developers website to install the X-Mode Toggle app and wallpapers APKs to your smartphone device.

2. You must extract the files, and click the install option to download the APKs and X-Mode Toggler APK for any wallpapers that you want to have.

3. After the second step, you need to locate your "Settings" and then go to "About Phone." Once you access it, you need to click the "Build Number' option many times to enter developer mode.

4. Next, you need to go back to Settings and locate the "System" option. Once you access it, you need to follow these steps; Advanced>Developer Options. Scroll down and click "USB Debugging."

5. After the fourth step, you need to install an ADB tool to your laptop or PC. Use a USB cable to connect your phone to your computer.

6. Run the following command below by opening your ADB tool or your PC's line.

(adb shell pm grant space.linuxct.rogcontroller android.permission.WRITE_SECURE_SETTINGS)

7. After the command works, you can now check your phone and use the stunning live wallpapers.
