Non-profit The Art of Elysium founder Jennifer Howell claimed the Tesla car that Elon Musk gave Amber Heard has a bugging device.
According to Daily Mail, Howell said in a sworn statement on July 26 provided to Depp's lawyers that Paige shared with her that "Musk had gifted a Tesla or multiple Teslas." Although she is unsure of the actual number, Howell said Paige learned later that it was ''bugged'.'
Musk's representative declined to comment, but sources close to him commented that Howell's statement as 'pure fantasy" and pointed out that Heard only said "glowing things" about the Tesla CEO.

Meanwhile, Howell also claimed that the actress' mother who died in May at 63 favored Johnny Depp over Musk who she claimed as "controlling." She also said she met Heard's late mother Paige Heard who Howell claimed has shared secrets about Amber's relationship with the Musk after she broke up with Johnny Depp.
Howell said Paige depicted Musk as "controlling" while she described Depp as an "angel" or "saint." Paige also allegedly wished Heard would reunite with the actor.
Howell said she became close friends with Heard's younger sister Whitney Henriquez when she was her superior from 2014 to 2016, first as a volunteer, then as a manager at her community arts non-profit, The Art of Elysium, in Los Angeles, California.

Meanwhile, Howell claimed to know Heard who was her charity's star volunteer and she helped her stage art exhibits in special needs schools, children hospitals, elder care facilities, and hospices.
Heard received an award for her efforts in 2015, the Spirit of Elysium Award, which was the highest honor given by the charity.
However, she was upset when Heard divided her $7 million divorce settlement money between the American Civil Liberties Union and the LA Children's Hospital, which according to Amber's publicist, were more prominent than The Art of Elysium.

"This is complete fiction"
In 2019, Howell claimed what while she was visiting Henriquez months after giving birth to her son, Paige spilled about her older daughter's love life. She wrote in her statement that Paige told her that Depp and Heard broke up because her daughter was "violent and emotional and loved Johnny so much."

"Whitney told me that Amber and Johnny were still in touch and that they were each other's true loves or something to that exact sentiment," said Howell adding that she was surprised because the conversation happened after the divorce.
However, according to Mirror, Henriquez commented on Wednesday, July 29, that Howell's story was "complete fiction."
Heard's representatives did not deny that Henriquez and Howell were close friends. However, Henriquez stated Howell's claims as complete fiction. "Jennifer Howell's statements do not bear any relationship to the truth and I have no idea why she is saying this," Henriquez said.
Meanwhile, Howell's testimonial is among the sworn statements provided in Depp's on-going defamation case against Heard. In 2019, Depp charged his former wife with a $50 million lawsuit after she wrote an article published in Washington Post where she described herself as a domestic violence survivor.
The suit also alleges that a month after getting married, Musk gave Heard a night visit at Depp's penthouse while her husband was out of the country in March 2015. This was based on a testimony of Eastern Columbia Building personnel. Also, concierge staff at Depp's former apartment building claimed to have seen Musk around the property before the split.
Depp's attorneys later subpoenaed Musk for any communications with Heard during her marriage to Depp, which mentions any alleged domestic violence incidents. The tech CEO has insisted he only had a romantic relationship with Heard after her marriage ended in May 2016.
Earlier this month, Tech Times reported about a video clip showing Depp throwing a wine bottle on the floor and shouting at Heard. Meanwhile, the trial is over while parties would need to wait until September to receive the judgment.
