Beyonce is really a queen, and she knows how to celebrate her 39th birthday like a royalty - aboard their $2 million a night luxury liner.

Traveling in true A-list style, the Grammy-winning singer has been cruising with her family along the coast of Cavtat, Croatia, aboard their new Benetti-built superyacht LANA. With her is Jay-Z, their eight-year-old daughter Blue Ivy and three-year-old twins Rumi and Suri. Beyonce celebrated her birthday on the superyacht on Friday, September 4, while they were cruising around Europe.

It is currently one of the most remarkable liners on the water. It costs $2 million to rent the 351-foot long and 45-foot high luxurious yacht for a week.

LANA's design mimics the 'motion and fluidity' of the sea. The fine Italian craftsmanship and attention to detail scream elegance as it beams incredibly high ceilings. The liner features a stunning exterior design with large social areas, cozy salons, and ample lounges within a soft color palette that creates a serene ambiance. The yacht has a master suite and seven VIP en-suite staterooms, which carry their unique color schemes.

Guests on the yacht can enjoy all the amenities like relax with a luxurious spa and treatment rooms as well as a well-equipped gym for those who want to stay active. Meanwhile, the yacht also boasts of various toys and watersports for those who want to go outdoors in the middle of the ocean. There is also a cinema room to keep guests entertained and a giant outdoor pool on the deck. The superyacht is designed for cruising up to 18.5 knots to ensure a smooth journey.

Tina Knowles greeted Beyonce on her special day. ''Happy Birthday to my forever little girl (in my head) from your biggest fan since your birth!!' the royalty's mom wrote. Mommy Tina added that she is lucky to have Beyonce in her life. "Keep being a light to so many," she added. Tina also included a clip of Beyonce belting out Home from the 1978 musical film The Wiz when she was seven years olds.

Black is King: A labor of love

The vacation was a relaxing celebration for Beyonce, who has been busy as she released her visual album Black Is King, which was just initially intended to be a companion piece to Beyonce's songs from The Lion King. However, she took on a new meaning for the album after recent racial injustices surfaced.

"'Black Is King' is a labor of love," said Beyonce adding that it was her passion project. "I have been filming, researching, and editing day and night for the past year. I've given it my all, and now it's yours," she said.

She added that many people seek change, but she noted that Black people tell their stories, "we can shift the axis of the world." Beyonce posted on Instagram that the 2020 events have made the film get a more relevant vision and message as people worldwide embark on a historical journey. "We are all in search of safety and light," she added.
