T-Pain's recent Twitch video streamed under the Just Chatting show off the rapper that focused mainly on the lifestyle and random trivia on his everyday life. The Bartender-singer recently showed his custom-made Mortal Kombat face mask inspired by the villainous character Sub Zero.
The face mask was created by Louis Vuitton, a luxury fashion brand from France. The special Louis Vuitton face mask was revealed by T-Pain to cost $2,000 and maybe an exclusive mask of its kind. The limited-edition mask is an exact replica of the original character's cover on the first game title.
According to the stream, T-Pain found the face mask on Reddit and was asked $2,000 for it by the original owner. While some may find it absurd to pay thousands of dollar for a mask, T-Pain says that he does not regret the purchase of the face mask. The rapper says that the mask gains attention whenever he wears it, amazed by the presence of "Sub-Zero's" lower half.
The face mask shows a striking resemblance to the 90s character from the long-running franchise of "Mortal Kombat" that debuted in 1992. Acclaim Entertainment's original Mortal Kombat lists Sub-Zero as the pioneer characters of the popular video game.

From his name, Sub-Zero can flash freeze opponents that deal massive damage or even create an ice statue of himself to escape tricky situations. Sub-Zero can also make an ice "Kori Blade" when wearing the Dragon Medallion, a super upgrade for all characters.
Sub-Zero's fighting style, abilities, and persona in the game won the preferences of most gamers, making him one of the fan favorite in the series and even among the fighting arcade genre in gaming. T-Pain's choice of Sub-Zero shows how influential the character is, even among popular culture.
