Sneak Peak of Redmi K40 Online

As reported by Gizmo China, it was the Redmi General Manager Lu Weibing who has released a few teases on Weibo about the Redmi K40. Weibo is a social media site based in China and is known to be a platform where many users talk about sneak peaks of upcoming devices. According to the Weibo post by Manager Weibing, the Redmi K40 has an "ultimate screen-to body ratio." It does that by having the "world's smallest" hole-punch display smartphone design.

The tiny selfie camera hole is expected to be placed at the center of the device going to the top. This can be very similar to that of the Redmi Note 9 Pro Max, however, it may be different from that of the Mi 11.

The tip has also featured that the phone will have a flat display making it modern-looking, sleek, and ergonomic design. In a comment, Weibing replied that the phone will have dual impressive speakers.

Moreover, Weibing uploaded a sample of a camera taken from the Redmi K40 in another Weibo post. However, he did not give any further details of the phone's possible launch date, as well as whether it will be launching alongside the rumored Redmi K40 Pro or not.

Tipped Redmi K40 Features and Specifications

According to Gadgets 360, it was only last month when Redmi has released a few details about the upcoming Redmi K40 in a teaser that was written in Chinese text. The post contained teaser details about the Redmi K40.

The upcoming Redmi K40 is yet to be launched. Moreover, the exact date for its launching has not yet been revealed. As of the moment, we have a sneak peak of the smartphone's unique camera. It is expected to launch with a minimal home-punch structure that comes with a flat display.

The post suggests that the Redmi K40 will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 SoC. However, recent discussions online have been talking about possible SoC options that the Redmi K40 may have including the Snapdragon 870 as well as the MediaTek Dimensity 1200.

The 'great' battery performance will be enabled using a 33W fast charging support. Furthermore, the device will have a  108 megapixel primary camera along with the small selfie camera to make for a sleek design.

It is also expected that the smartphone's camera life is better and more durable than the past Redmi devices. It will also house impressive dual stereo speakers. The Redmi K30 phone that was released last year had essential features as well. However, the upcoming flagship device is expected to bring a whole new experience for many users.

Lastly, it is also believed that the Redmi K40 will be launched along with an upgraded K40 pro. According to rumors online, both will be released during the same time. We will keep you posted for any details about the launching of the Redmi K40 anytime soon.
