Gold bars work like real-world money, which in this case are in-game currencies that are usually consumed in the "Fortnite: Save The World," the game's PVE co-op campaign.

Since the gold bars are introduced in the game, few players do not know their longevity: when the season resets, all of them will disappear. It does not matter if you save millions of them if you do not use them.
