"Fortnite's" Season 5 has been around the platform for four months now, and Epic Games are finally lining it up to the end and introduce the new Season 6, with already an end time and start time lined up the platform. The game is expected to end by Tuesday, March 16, but also bringing the new content shortly for gamers to experience the new season.

Season 5 had the opportunity to follow through after a massive crossover event in the battle royale, particularly with the Marvel Comics coming to "Fortnite" bringing the Mighty Avengers and others. While people were expecting Galactus on the following Season 5, Epic Games offered a different turn with the Zero Point story that brought a lot of known pop culture characters.

Disney+'s "The Mandalorian," "Predator," DC Comics' "The Flash," "Family Guy," "Kratos," and other new additions have dawned the battle royale, providing new content and plot for the game. Moreover, while it did not focus on a certain theme like Season 4's, it surely brought gamers to deeper lore in "Fortnite's" storyline and content.

'Fortnite' Season 6 Start Time, Season 5's Farewell and End Time

Season 6 already has a lot of leaks regarding the content it would offer, and it includes the arrival of a prominent artist of the generation, Travis Scott, a.k.a "Cactus Jack." Moreover, "Fortnite" kept people in the dark with the theme of the next season (or if it would stick at a central theme), after the Crisis Zero Finale to end the 5th Season of Chapter 2.

According to Fortnite's YouTube Channel, a countdown is already up and running, being a placeholder for its later live stream that would end the game shortly, also marking the start time of Season 6. The premiere would start at 5 AM Eastern Time or 2 AM Pacific Time. Moreover, the cover art for the next season suggests the retention of several characters like Ryu and The Predator.

On the other hand, Season 6 is revealed by the battle royale to be its "most ambitious" crossover or offer from the game's history. Moreover, the game would feature a solo mode that can be experienced by gamers to continue from Agent Jones' story, as he unravels the mystery of the Zero Point, which is a massive player to reshape the game and stage it for Season 6.

Season 5 downtime would be at 12MN ET (9 PM PT).

According to popular Fortnite Leakers, there would be new skins that would surface in Fortnite's shops as soon as Season 6 drops, and those include popular characters including Travis Scott and Neymar. Moreover, a new round of item drops in "Fortnite's" shops have dropped for March 16, which is also expected to surface once Season 6 is here.

 

Being "Fortnite's" largest crossover in all of its history (also its most ambitious), players can expect a lot of new content that would debut from the game, especially in the form of new character skins, emotes, and more. Additionally, Season 5's Battle Pass will expire on its downtime, so players are advised to spend it now before it resets.
