"Valheim" has debuted one of its first challenges in real life called the "Spring Egg Challenge," and it invites players, spectators, and even non-gamers of the title to participate in creating a design for a regular egg. Yes, this is like one of the "Easter Egg" challenges that are usually held, as it requires people to paint directly on its shells with the theme of "Valheim."

'Valheim' Spring Egg Challenge

"Valheim" has posted via Twitter (@Valheimgame), saying that there is another challenge that invites anyone to join the "Spring Egg Challenge" which would start on Thursday, March 25, until Sunday, April 4 12:00 noon Eastern Time. The challenge invites people to use a "Valheim"-inspired design for their eggs and would be allowed to use any design element or theme in the game.

 
The design could be based on multiple factors from the game, which includes Dragon scales, forests, mythical creatures, and the like. The only requirement from the developers and the game is for participants to use the hashtag "#ValheimContest" before the said deadline to submit designs and iterations of the spring egg. The game holds no bars to the entries posted.

The game would post winners three days after the initial deadline, and to be revealed by Wednesday, April 7, with five winners that would be chosen by the challenge makers. This is "Valheim's" take on the Easter Egg challenge, to which the deadline is also the date of the Easter Sunday holiday that is observed by most citizens of the world.

'Valheim' Prizes for 'Spring Egg Challenge'

There is only one award for the game, and that is the Steam Key for "Valheim" which provides the full and paid version of the game, all free of charge without the need to purchase the game. Iron Gate AB Studios have moved the game from its free early beta to its full version on Steam, which is priced at $9.99 via the Steam store.

The new challenge has no connection to the game, whatsoever, especially as it is done outside the digital and animated world of "Valheim" from Iron Gate AB studios, which is one of the most popular games of 2021. "Valheim" is known for its survival and open-world genre which have been one of the freshest game offers of the year.

The success of "Valheim" has it parring against popular action, adventure, battle royale, and role-playing games out there, which have been a mainstay for the year of the pandemic, 2020. "Valheim" offered another perspective that made survival games more appealing and enjoyable for the public, hence the high ratings and volume of players on its early beta.
