The last games under the "Sonic the Hedgehog" franchise were released last 2019 for the three aforementioned consoles but are not part of the original storyline of the blue speedster's plot against sinister forces. The last game is called "Team Sonic Racing" and it is a kart-racing game, which does not capture the popular power of the out-of-this-world creature.

Initially, SEGA has confirmed the arrival of a "Sonic" game that would arrive in the coming years, but that was last 2019, and its development had taken a long time to create the popular 2D title beloved by fans. Initially, the 3D version of its games was not received well, as fans and enthusiasts want the classic look and experience of the popular platform game.

'Sonic Colors' Remaster Leaks

Yes, the upcoming "Sonic" title from SEGA would be in a remastered form, and it would be in 3D, particularly from the Nintendo Wii platform that promotes motion to be used with its controller and not just buttons. Seeing as the Nintendo Switch, PS4, and Xbox One also promote motion gaming, it would be a rightful addition to the consoles.

According to a French game retailer called "Sogamely," a listing has appeared on its website, saying that "Sonic Colors Ultimate - Limited Edition" is coming soon for the three consoles from different companies. The games cost the same at 35 Euros, which is equivalent to $35, and its listing suggests that it is coming soon from SEGA.

This was also confirmed by a German dubbing studio called "iksample," listing the game on its website, saying that they were working on the title's German-language dubs for its release. However, the company tried to mask this by using a "Sonic Boom" image to hide the idea that it is a leaked game from SEGA.

Iksample initially said that they too are excited for a remastered game from SEGA for the"Sonic" franchise.

'Sonic Colors:' Is it a Good Game?

The "Sonic Colors" is a 2010 game released by SEGA for the Nintendo Wii and DS platform, acting as a direct sequel to the "Sonic" franchise, making it a regular installment from the gaming company. This means that its story is relevant to the character's plot and storyline, and it is beloved by gamers and "Sonic" fans worldwide.

Google users ranked the game at 96 percent, while GameStop has 4.2 out of 5 ratings for "Sonic Colors," which is a high ranking for the platform game from 11 years ago.
