The new Reon Pocket 2 costs around $140. As of the moment, the tech giant manufacturer hasn't confirmed if it will also be available in other markets across the globe.

Sony's new Reon Pocket 2 is expected to have better performance compared to its predecessor, which was previously released back in 2020, but the new version is expected to have the same design as Reon Pocket. Because of this, some people think that it is the same model. However, Sony confirmed that it has made some advanced internal updates on the new wearable gadget.

Sony Reon Rocket 2's features

According to The Verge's latest report, Sony's new high-end technology has twice the level of heat absorption compared to the previous model. This means that users can expect a more powerful cooling performance from the latest Reon Rocket 2.

On the other hand, Sony also explained that it improved the wearable device's sweat proofing. Thanks to this new update, consumers can now use it for light exercises and other not-so-heavy physical activities.

Aside from these, Sony also developed a new neckstrap accessory that comes with the latest Reon Pocket 2. This innovation can be used with the owners' regular clothes. With the Reon Pocket 2's new neckstrap, people no longer have to buy pocketed undershirts just to use the advanced wearable gadget.

Sony to have new AI tech? 

Aside from the new Reon Pocket 2, some rumors also speculated that Sony could be working on a new AI technology that could play PS5 games.

This new technology is expected to play various PlayStation 5 titles when the real gamers are not around. 

If this is true, the innovation could help those PS5 fans who are playing games that need extra time to level up their characters and inventories. TechRadar reported that this innovation was previously filed by Sony Interactive Entertainment in April 2020. 

Now, Sony's previous patent has been published by the journal PatentScope this April.
