Yonanas is perfect for vegans or those who would like to switch to a healthier alternative than the traditional, cream-filled ice cream sold virtually everywhere.

Those who would like to try Yonanas out need to keep in mind that it does not make traditional ice cream, but a thinker fruit smoothie resembles that of soft-served ice cream.

This makes the ice cream maker best for people trying to fix their diet, as sugar found in traditional ice cream is linked to weight gain and promoting excess fat, which ultimately leads to chronic inflammation and excess cell growth.

Yonanas: Is It Worth Getting?

First introduced in 2010, Yonanas has received over 5,000 5-star ratings on Amazon, with many praising its ease of use and its being dishwasher safe.

Those who choose to buy Yonanas would also get a recipe book with 36 recipes for homemade desserts such as sorbet, parfait, and pies.

In The Know even praised the product in their 2021 review, saying that the product "worked amazingly," while the soft-served ice cream tasted great and "was more healthy than ice cream you'd buy at the grocery store."

Their report tried five different recipes using Yonanas to test how much the gadget could do, and it did not disappoint.

One notable recipe they tried is the banana peanut butter chocolate chip--it is mixed bananas with a few tablespoons of peanut butter and chocolate chips before placing it onto the gadget. The end result is comparable to that of store-bought ice cream.

However, the report warned that Yonanas need a lot of fruit to make a bowl of ice cream, and users eyeing the gadget may need to have a lot of patience when preparing one decent serving.
