Kings Canyon in "Apex Legends" could bring back the famous Skull Town

According to the latest Twitter post of Respawn Entertainment director of communication Ryan Rigney, "Apex Legends" would be coming with fresh patch notes for its newest update this week. It would arrive on Thursday, June 24 and it's most likely that several changes would be announced ahead of the big event. There will also be another event for the following week.

During Fortune's Favor (Season Five), players have been enjoying Skull Town in Kings Canyon. After the hype it was given, the commotion between Loba and Revenant has begun. At present, its original spot is situated on Kings Canyon directly below the Salvage and Mirage Voyage.

The cryptic tweet about Skull Town was published by Respawn with a hiding illustration of a figure hiding behind the walls. The exact message in the post saying " What if we brought Skull Town" has sparked speculations among "Apex Legends Players."

How 'Apex Legends' Players React About the Early Skull Town Tease?

According to one user, he could not wait anymore to reintroduce Skull Town for its 24/7 drops. He said that he would love the drop to arrive once again since he could go for it 100 times in a row (all rng).

Another player commented that Respawn should get Fuel Depot back so they could be on good terms in business. Still, some players replied that the game maker should instead support the Arena as an actual game mode rather than pretending that it does not exist.

Moreover, other players have been vocal over Respawn's negligence to cheaters. There are also comments pointing out the game's terrible matchmaking and audio abuse.

There is a single suggestion that says about the 30 vs 30 game mode which could potentially come in the game in the future. Still, there is another user who wants cross-progression to be added to the game.

With the guaranteed update that features the arrival of Kings Canyon, Respawn could throw Skull Town by surprise. It might be nostalgia for the old players to be in the long-time area once again. Nevertheless, there is a big chance that the upcoming update would introduce a new Arena map that is inspired by Skull Town, Dotesports reported on Monday, June 21.

Until June 24 has not yet arrived, the "Apex Legends" community would not sleep on the update. The patch could include an anti-cheater system, as well.
