'Madden 22' Has Five Players With 99 Overall Rating

One of the most popular topics discussed recently is the ratings of players for this year's edition of the game.

When EA dropped the much-awaited players' ratings, five special names have made it to the exclusive 99 club - the highest score given to players.

Kansas City Chief quarterback Patrick Mahomes led the list of players with 99 overall rating this year. He is also one of the two players who is featured in the cover. The 2018 NFL MVP put up impressive numbers last year, tallying 4740 yards and 38 touchdowns to help his team secure the AFC title.

Another member of the Chiefs in Travis Kelce was also given the same rating. Considered as one the best tight ends in the league, Kelce registered the highest touchdowns, catches, and receiving yards of his career last season.

Completing the exclusive 99 club are Davante Adams of Green Bay Packers and Aaron Donald and Jalen Ramsey of Los Angeles Rams.

Meanwhile, Tom Brady of Tampa Bay Buccaneers, who is also featured in the cover, remains one of the highest rated players in the league as he continues to play at a different level despite his age. When "Madden NFL 22'' arrives, Brady will have an overall rating of 97.
