Everdome's metaverse concept on mars

Akin to competitors like The Sandbox and Decentraland, Everdome (DOME) seeks to ratify how gaming and the metaverse concept can coincide. It already considers itself "the most hyper-realistic metaverse," despite only now diving headlong into the digital space via a three-phase approach.

Everdome is situated under the Metahero project, a Dubai-based platform ecosystem that will allow Everdome to operate smoothly. In the context of standing out, Everdome's aforementioned hyper-realistic qualities come into play, setting itself far apart from all the rest with real-world scanned avatars that are ultra-HD.

Everdome's plans to enter into the metaverse will follow three main steps: to give users a quick visit into the Martian launch room. Individuals will be able to witness the launch room via either VR headsets or through 3D rendering on their desktops. Alongside various informative details surrounding the history of spaceflight, visitors will likewise be privy to a GIS trading platform as it is unveiled amidst the sneak peek.

The next two phases of Everdome's metaverse roadmap features the actual launch itself off the Mars-bound rocket. This doesn't simply entail watching as viewers do live streaming a NASA launch. Everdome visitors will actively be a part of the launch itself, sitting inside the vessel as it is launched into the stars and towards the Martian homeworld.

The third phase for Everdome's launch will entail a 123 day-long journey through the cosmos until landing securely on Mars, whereupon visitors will be allowed to experience settlement like never before. We may have seen something similar in the likes of Icarus, a survival game released late last year, but nothing quite like what Everdome has in store for its entrants.

The entire Everdome spectacle is built on Unreal Engine 5, the brainchild of Tim Sweeny, arguably among the most notable figures in the metaverse realm. Through the assistance of some of the most talented creators in all fields, including 3D designers, concept artists, VFX specialists, game creators, urban planning professionals, and more, Everdome seeks to reinvigorate our idea of what a digital space can look like and even feel like.

Metahero and Everdome CEO Robert Gryn explains the concept best, "We are developing a unique verse to the point where you really can't tell the difference between what you are going to see in Everdome and the real world."

Debuting its public $DOME token only on Feb. 8, Everdome's metaverse launch sequence only seems a fitting next step as the OKX-launched cryptocurrency coin soars to new heights. In only just a minuscule 24-hour time span, the DOME cryptocurrency has a remarkable trading volume of a little over $87 million, and the price has bumped by 0.9% since its debut.

With its metaverse aspirations only the very start of its Web3 dominance, Everdome is situating itself quite nicely in a world now running rampant with PR stunts and, to put it mildly, myriad fraud. Still, its AR and VR-based platform may well be a success beyond simple gamification, as Everdome vies to secure by 2024 a whopping $297 billion and be a market leader in the metaverse.

Relays Gyrn in a different interview:

"The future of the internet will be a full exploration of our senses, and more of a destination than just a tool as it is now. With this mentality our team has set out to provide an opportunity for everyone who is interested in a very real-to-life version of the metaverse."
