While those who are ordering an M2 MacBook Air will receive a color-match MagSafe3 cable with their new machine, the new cables will be available separately. Therefore, users can get a spare in the right shade to keep in their bag.

Moreover, this will give them the chance to get a matching cable for the first time because the space gray versions of that computer shipped with a silver version of the MagSafe 3 cable.

The MagSafe 3 cable is two meters in length with a woven design. It can magnetically attach to the charging port of your compatible Mac notebook and comes with an LED indicator to let you know your computer's charging status.

Additionally, the magnetic connection will release when someone trips over the cable. In turn, this will save the laptop from any danger.

It's also noticeable that the end of the cable still features a white finish. This is likely because the wall adapters that Apple sells are all white and this will help them blend well.
