China Develops a Flying Submarine Drone Says Chinese Sources

According to the South China Morning Post, there is a new development from China's innovations that bring a notable advancement to their military equipment. It is the flying submarine drone that is capable of going underwater to surveil different deepwater technology, as well as fly to the air from the waters and go on to do its missions. 

It is a propeller-driven drone, says the SCMP, and it has multiple purposes for the country, including its civilian and military applications in the future. 

The device came from an eastern China research team, particularly hailing from the Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, which developed the small drone. SCMP said that the drone is capable of lasting long underwater with its four propellers, and shoots up to the air when needed.
