Nintendo Switch Online Adds 'Harvest Moon 64'

As per the latest news story by Nintendo Go, the Japanese gaming giant has confirmed that the Online Expansion of its Switch Online service is seeing a couple of new games before the year ends and in 2023.

All these new games are all shared by the American and the Japanese market. Well, except for a single classical N64 title, none other than the "Harvest Moon 64."

During the Nintendo Direct event, the renowned gaming behemoth says that the "Harvest Moon 64" is set to release on the Switch Online in Japan by next year or in 2023.

According to a recent report by Nintendo Life, "Harvest Moon 64" is a classic N64 farm simulation game released way back in 1999. And decades after its debut, it is reaching Switch gaming consoles in Japan starting next year.

How to Play 'Harvest Moon 64' When You Are Outside Japan

Given that "Harvest Moon 64" is only released to the Expansion Pack in the Japanese market, folks in other regions are wondering how they could also enjoy it themselves.

Go Nintendo notes in its report folks outside Japan could still enjoy titles exclusive in the Japanese market. However, it requires them to at least know some Japanese language to do so.

It comes as players of the hybrid Nintendo gaming console need to have a Japanese Switch account to get their hands on titles like "Harvest Moon 64."
