Elon Musk is promoting the latest product from his other company, The Boring Co., and it is "Burnt Hair" cologne which debuts a rather peculiar scent, different from the flowery or fresh smells found in one. But how was it exactly made or conceived? A fan was able to deduce this with the tech CEO confirming the musky scent's accidental origins.

Elon Musk is talking big about the new cologne he and The Boring Company concocted from its laboratories, and it is with the "Burnt Hair" product, also the inspiration of its scent. But how it came to light is a question that many asks, particularly as it is not something one would normally smell.

A Twitter user guessed the origins of "Burnt Hair," saying that it came to light because of Musk's use of The Boring Co.'s flamethrower, asking the tech CEO if this was an accurate event.

The user said that this was the process and way that Musk and his famed company were able to conceive the scent.

Here, Elon Musk only replied with an emoji, and it represents a "bull's eye" on a dart game, which is a confirmation that this was what happened and how the smell was conceived.

Musk and The Boring Company's "Burnt Hair" is now making waves on the internet because of its unique scent that delivers a new experience for users. Nevertheless, Musk's announcements say that it is coming soon, but no exact dates for its preorders or availability for all.

Back in 2018, Elon Musk and The Boring Co. first teased the flamethrower device to debut as the first product of the company, delivering a rather unique device in the tech industry. Later on June 2018, the company was able to ship out 1,000 of the orders to those who reserved a slot, receiving the odd device.

And yes, the device is a massive success in the market, and it was able to generate $7 million in 2018 alone, during the tech's first release.

However, Musk and the team shifted from making the life of the party device to an extremely useful focus with the Vegas Loop tunnel project that solidified The Boring Company in the industry. The tunnels were first revealed at a TED conference back in 2017, and the company was nearly completing it in 2020, as the pandemic was rising.

Now, The Boring Company has many tunnel projects in different states, including Texas and Florida, to interconnect different places and provide a fast and efficient way to travel. Apart from that, The Boring Company is going back to its roots with the flamethrower and debuting new scents with it as an inspiration, particularly after a use gone wrong.
