Apple has officially acknowledged the annoying SIM bug that is currently happening in iPhone 14 devices. When smartphone users learned about this problem, the Cupertino tech giant issued an internal memo about the sudden freezing of the said models.
The iPhone maker is open to the possibility that the bug might be related to the software upon ruling out its hardware counterpart.
The investigation of the issue is currently underway.

Apple Confirms SIM Bug on iPhone 14 Models—Hardware Problem Maybe?
According to a report by Phone Arena, Apple advises every iPhone 14 user to regularly check for potential updates on their smartphones.
By heading to Settings, users can now search for a software update. Those who frequently see the "SIM Not Supported" message are urged to wait for a few minutes until it goes away.
The tech firm also reminded iPhone users to refrain from restoring their device if the SIM bug continues to show up despite updating their smartphone's software to its latest version.
Apple said that if the problem persists, the best thing you need to do is to go to the nearest Apple Store. You can also seek help from a trusted service provider who knows how to fix the issue.
Before the SIM-related bug hits the iPhone 14 users, Apple has been dealing with other issues for the Pro models.
The company noticed some complaints coming from iPhone owners about a bug that shakes and grinds their screen when they record a clip on TikTok, Snapchat, and other third-party applications.
Last week, Apple solved an issue regarding the double quotation marks in an email. It was found out that when the receiver opens the Apple Mail email, the app will later crash and the user won't be able to access his/her account.

iOS 16.1 Update
By the end of this month, Apple expects to launch the stable build for iOS 16.1. Currently, this version is only in the beta phase that's why bugs still keep on popping up.

Per Livemint's story, Apple has also rolled out bug fixes for iOS 16.0.3. The update is now available on all iPhone 14 models.

- Apple Mail crash after the recipient receives an email with a bad actor
- Incoming call and app alerts might not be delivered on both the iPhone 14 Pro variants
- During CarPlay phone calls on iPhone 14 smartphones, users might notice a low mic volume
Last month, AirPods Pro 2 users suddenly discovered that their earbuds disconnect from their devices every time they play a video or music.
Some users said that updating the AirPods Pro 2 firmware to the latest version could solve the issue.
