Sony DualSense Edge: Get the New Controller for $199.99, to Arrive by 2023

Sony unveiled its DualSense Edge controllers to the world, and it is the latest device adept to bring gaming to the next level for the latest generation console of the company. The PS5 is getting a new companion with massive features that will help gamers get more from their controllers, already receiving a release date notice for all.

The DualSense Edge is an upgrade to stock DualSense controllers that come with the box and is available now, but is it worth the extra $199.99 purchase?

PlayStation's Blog introduced the world to the DualSense Edge controller last week, and it centered on the company's latest take on an upgraded gaming experience for all. The DualSense Edge is the flagship version of the console's controllers, much like Apple's iPhone 14 to iPhone 14 Pro, and it seeks to deliver an unparalleled gaming experience.

The company said that PS5's latest accessory will cost them a hefty $199.99 for a single device already, as opposed to the DualSense's $69.99 price tag. It costs $130 more than the previous release of the company, more than twice the previous controller.

Additionally, PlayStation said that it will arrive by January 23, dropping to the public and shipping to early buyers by next year.

Gamers may preorder the PlayStation 5's DualSense Edge by October 25.

Is the DualSense Edge Worth it for the PS5?
