The Tribel Social Network spoke up and clarified via its Twitter account that it is not under a deal with Elon Musk, nor it is selling its company in the present. And it seems like reports and misleading information were circulating online regarding this, as Tribel also clarified that its company is not from China, nor Chinese-owned.

Tribel said that the "Twitter alternative" social networking platform is purely American-owned, centering on political activist leaders who created an app that is pro-democracy on its platform.

The company's bio and profile said that it centers on a platform that does not welcome hatred and fake news, focusing on an honest platform, an alternative to Twitter.

Twitter Error

Elon Musk replied to Tribel's tweet, saying that it is a great platform for what it offers the world. In Musk's tweet, it seems like the CEO made a typographical error as it said "Tribal" instead of "Tribel."

Additionally, the top billionaire said that he does "not own it (yet)," with a teaser for the public regarding another possible acquisition or deal in the future.

It is unknown if Chief Twit has plans regarding a Tribel acquisition in the future, especially as it is a known Twitter alternative in the present.

Elon Musk and Twitter

Elon Musk's focus to own a social media platform after his initial announcement before, is now a reality, as he is the owner and CEO of the short word social media, Twitter. The tech CEO centers on the company for his future goals of re-establishing X.com, Musk's brainchild regarding a decentralized social media focusing on free speech.

However, alongside this, his goals of "free speech" and power to the people are something that he wishes to impose upon Twitter now, with mixed perceptions regarding his ownership.

The massive controversy on Twitter now has many using the platform to complain about Musk's leadership and many policies regarding its operations and services to the public. Nevertheless, the company achieved a record-breaking all-time high with its mDAUs, or daily active user growth, since Musk's arrival.

Still, despite Musk being less than two weeks as Twitter's leader, there are rumors and news regarding his goals to buy another company resembling the short word social media, and it is with Tribel. This rumor is now shut down by Tribel themselves, clarifying that there is no deal between them and Musk.

However, Chief Twit's reply teases another acquisition for the future.
