According to the previous rumors spotted by GSM Arena, the Vivo X90 series was initially slated to launch during the Christmas month, but things have changed for the phone maker.

Instead of launching the new handsets later this year, the Chinese smartphone manufacturer moved their release to an earlier date.

New reports reveal that the lineup will come next week, on Nov. 22 in China. Each model is leaked to have a 512GB variant. All of them will have a Red color option, as well.

Vivo X90 Pro+ is a Beast Phone

Among the upcoming smartphones under the new series, the Vivo X 90 Pro Plus is the best, especially when we are talking about the camera hardware.

Speaking of which, Phone Arena reports that this variant boasts a 1-inch sensor for its main camera. It's very impressive to the point that it can outmatch the latest Galaxy and iPhone models when it comes to overall camera performance.

It should be noted that before the Sony IM989 image sensor arrived in the X90 Pro+, it first came to Xiaomi 12S Ultra.

As a comparison, the new Vivo X90 handset will share the same sensor used by the Leitz Phone 1 with the Leica branding. Some leakers believed that it would be the trend of 2023, especially amid the tight competition of the Chinese brands with their Western counterparts.

Vivo X90 Pro Plus Specs

Vivo says that the high-end handset will sport Zeiss high-quality glasses lenses on its rear. The presence of the Zeis Vario-Tessar print at the back suggests that the X90 Pro Plus will have 90mm zoom lanes and a 14mm ultra-wide lens.

Apart from that, it will arrive with a pair of telephoto zoom lenses. You can magically trick your subject using the software. For instance, it can allow you to zoom from a distance up to 100 times the usual zooming limit.

Of course, it will run on Android 13. At the moment, we have no information about its dimensions and weight, but its processor will be the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2.

For its RAM and storage, there are three variants. The first one is the 8GB RAM +256GB UFS 4.0 storage, while the second is the 12GB RAM + 256GB storage. The third and last is the 12GB RAM + 512GB storage.

With regards to its battery, it will retain the same 4,700 mAh battery. The same goes for the charging speeds: 80W for wired and 50W for wireless.

Now, for its price, we expect it will be available at around $1,000. Unfortunately, the Vivo X90 Pro + won't be available anytime soon in the US. It may be launched in the country when its global release comes.
