McDonald's is giving away free chicken nuggets on its app for two days, starting on December 15.
The promo is only available on the mobile app of the fast food chain. So you will need to order online using your iPhone or Android device to get your hands on it.

McDonald's App Now Offers FREE Chicken Nugget
As per the latest news story by Thrillist, the Golden Arches is now giving away its app users a free six-piece Chicken McNuggets. However, they would have to spend at least a dollar while ordering food on its mobile app.
After buying something worth at least $1 on the app, McDonald's is offering its McNuggets for free. It is worth noting that the promo is only available until December 16. So you only have two days to grab this rare chance.
Besides the $1 purchase, Thrillist reiterates that the order needs to be done on the McDo app.
If you try doing so using a desktop or your mobile web browser, you are out of luck. It strictly requires you to use its mobile app.
How to Get Six-Piece Chicken Nuggets
It does not matter whether you are an iPhone or Android user. The app of the fast food giant is available on the App App Store and the Google Play Store.

Once you have gotten your hands on the McDonald's app, all you need to do is purchase anything from the menu that retails for at least $1.
According to Life Hacker, the Golden Arches flaunts a $1 $2 $3 menu, which could help you choose which to buy.
Given that, you can actually spend only a dollar on the app. However, your options are mostly limited to small drinks, which should be best paired with your six-piece nuggets.
But you can spend more than $1 to get the free nugs. So you are stuck with merely a small-sized drink. You will still get the McNuggets, regardless if your purchase exceeds a dollar.
Christmas Holiday Deals
The free nugs promo is part of the holiday deals of the fast food chain, which aptly goes by the name "SZN of Sharing."
The giveaways are exclusive to McDonald's app users. Before the nuggets deal, the holiday promo offered a free Crispy Chicken Sandwich to its app users.
The SZN of Sharing began last December 5. But it is going to last until Dec. 25 or on Christmas Day.
So it looks like the Golden Arches is giving away more food deals on its mobile app in the coming days. It sure feels like it is Christmas. For now, spare that $1 to get your hands on free nugs.
