According to a report by TechPP, the first thing you need to do is to open Instagram on your Android device. Regularly check the app for updates so you can install the latest version of it. Updating it to the most recent version will help you use more IG features.

After opening the app, tap your profile picture. You can see it right in the bottom right part of the screen. From here, you can check your profile. Go to "Edit Profile Options" to check your existing Instagram Highlights.

Then, choose your desired highlight and click to see the viewer of your posted clip or image. Scroll down until you see the activity of your IG Highlight in the bottom left corner.
