The rumored Samsung Galaxy Tri-Fold is expected to arrive soon.

As of writing, Samsung is considered to be the top manufacturer when it comes to foldable devices. Samsung's foldable devices reportedly covered over 80% of the sales in the market in 2022. It was followed by Huawei, Oppo, Vivo, and Xiaomi.

As of writing, the foldable smartphones of Samsung have two form factors; the book style and the clamshell style.

However, the gadget maker allegedly plans to add another form factor this 2023, which can be seen in the rumored Galaxy Tri-Fold.

[LEAK] Samsung Galaxy Tri-Fold Could Arrive!

According to Android Authority's latest report, tech tipster Yogesh Brar claimed that Samsung could launch the new Galaxy Tri-Fold before 2023 ends.

Brar explained that the most-awaited Samsung Galaxy S23 FE will not arrive.
Instead, he believes that the gadget maker is focusing on new foldable, including the Galaxy Tri-Fold.

"Samsung is instead working on the improved Z Fold 5 & Flip 5 along with a Tri-Fold that might finally ship this year," he claimed via his official Twitter announcement.

In 2020, various rumors about a Samsung patent containing the technology of the Tri-Fold advice also appeared. Although this new foldable is quite interesting, tech enthusiasts said that it could have one problem.

Galaxy Tri-Fold Cons and Pros

Numerous rumors claimed that the new Galaxy Tri-Fold can be folded three times, which is an unusual tech compared to other foldable which can be bent only two times. 

This means that the new Galaxy Tri-Fold will have a larger and longer screen compared to other foldable smartphones. 

However, one issue could arise. Tech experts claimed that since it can be folded three times, the new Tri-Fold device could be thicker. 

This can lead to an uncomfortable handling experience when it is closed. But, its larger screen can make up for this possible problem as users can have better scrolling and gaming experiences.
