When he graduated from Mumbai University with a degree in management studies, Tejas Sarvaiya knew he wanted to have an impact on the world, but he wasn't exactly sure where to start. He began working as an equity research analyst, helping companies in India manage market research, track current events, and provide investment suggestions. Tejas found these opportunities exciting, and candidly, he was quite good at understanding the ins and outs of different market dynamics and company strategies.

After conducting research in more than 15 sectors and for more than 50 different companies on an ongoing basis, Tejas decided it was time for a new challenge. His work had been quoted by the leading business newspaper in India and Bloomberg ranked his research as No. 1 for a period of two years. As an ambitious, business-savvy professional, Tejas was proud of his accomplishments but wanted to have even more of an impact.

He started a role at Trust Group managing portfolios, building investment strategies, and making investment decisions at an institutional level. Trust Group is India's leading capital market intermediary; it works with the best organizations in the country to promote progress, boost financial success, and contribute to India's economy. True to his nature, Tejas' performance in this role was unmatched; he was the best-performing fund manager when compared to all other managers in India on a short, medium, and long-term basis.

Over the years, Tejas shifted into a leadership role within the investment banking arm of the Trust Group. He led a team of 5 experienced investment bankers, oversaw mergers and acquisitions, provided guidance to clients that were pursuing IPOs, and even managed the risk side of all decisions. Although investment banking was fascinating and exciting, Tejas found his passion when he took a role as a management consultant.

He felt that management consulting allowed him to combine all of his favorite parts of past roles and have even more of an impact. He got to work closely with large and mid-sized companies in a variety of sectors. He would spend hours understanding their business goals and strategic plans to then provide even more detailed modeling or data-driven insights to the client's leadership team. He became a sounding board for some of the most prominent business leaders in India, and with his breadth of knowledge, Tejas was able to provide guidance that these leaders could not get anywhere else.

Eventually, Tejas took a leap of faith and started Wisdom Global Investment Managers, an investment advisory startup that helps Indian investors find the right companies to invest in. He helps investors navigate different markets and geographical regions, including the US, Europe, South America, China, and Southeast Asia. In 2 years, as the principal officer of the firm, Tejas has secured a client portfolio of 15 top-performing companies. In time, Tejas and his co-founder aim to have a rate of return of 15-20% on a sustainable basis.

Every challenge that was thrown his way, he handled. Every new market he had to learn to understand, he mastered. Tejas has proven time and time again that he rises to any challenge, delivering exceptional results every time. His background in equity analysis, portfolio management, investment banking, and management consulting make him uniquely equipped to provide Wisdom Global's clients with sound advice no matter what their expertise is. Tejas isn't afraid to roll up his sleeves and get his hands dirty, and his methods have never led him - or his clients - astray.
