These include the Ender-3 and CR-10 series FDM printers. As its 3D printing innovations expanded to over 100 countries and regions, Creality revolutionized the 3D printing industry.

Thanks to its efforts, the Chinese tech firm has been favored by more than 3 million users worldwide.

Creality's 9th Anniversary

Creality decided to celebrate its 9th anniversary on Apr. 9. As part of its celebration, the 3D printing company launched new sets of 3D printing products.

At its 9th Anniversary and Spring Event "Reflect and Renew," Creality launched the new K1 series, Sermoon D3 Pro, Creality Falcon2 40W, CR-Scan Ferret, Creality Nebula Pad+ AI LiDAR, HALOT-MAGE series, and many more.

All these 3D printing innovations are designed to have intelligence and high speed. Creality also released a series of 3D-printed footwear solutions, allowing users to embrace the changes and futuristic fashions.

K1 Series FDM Flagship

The K1 series FDM flagship of Creality includes K1 and the K1 Max. This professional-grade CoreXY 3D printer lineup has a printing speed of up to 600mm/s.

It also has a build volume of up to 300x300x300 mm. Its innovative motion system uses a lightweight printhead weighing just 190g, allowing it to move swiftly when printing.

Creality claims that the K1 series can reach 600mm/s speed in only 0.03 seconds, allowing it to reach an acceleration of 20,000mm/s.

With this speed, it can print a 3DBenchy in just 13 minutes, making it 12 times faster compared to other 3D printers.

These are not the only advanced features that the new K1 series offers:

  • K1 series is equipped with a next-gen Creality OS, which runs on a 2-core 1.2GHz CPU. This enables the printer to have the strong computing power for high-speed printing. The Creality OS allows users to remotely control the K1 series printers from the Creality Cloud or Creality Print. Thanks to its Cluster control feature, you can also manage multiple K1 series printers simultaneously.

  • K1 series utilizes the Creality Print 4.3, a self-developed slicing software, which optimizes the nozzle movement and adds algorithms to increase effectiveness. These improvements are needed since the new K1 series is a high-speed 3D printer.

  • The print bed leveling of the K1 series is also another thing that can benefit clients. It has the dual hands-free auto-leveling feature and the new 1μm AI LiDAR, a new non-contact measurement tech that can scan the build surface with a laser beam.

  • K1 series also allows remote monitoring, thanks to its advanced AI camera found in the print chamber. With this innovation, users no longer need to leave their seats just to check their 3D-printed products.

HALOT-MAGE Series

The HALOT-MAGE series is the next-gen smart resin printing solution Creality came up with. It includes the HALOT-MAGE PRO and the HALOT-MAGE base model.

  • Integrated with the agile Dynax motion system

  • With its self-developed motor algorithm, HALOT-MAGE PRO's motor speed can reach 100mm/s

  • Integrated with a large 10.3-inch 8K LCD screen

HALOT-MAGE

  • Integrated with a 10.3-inch 8K LCD screen

  • Has an air purification system

  • Uses the MageArch flip lid

  • A more affordable smart resin printer for miniature makers

Sermoon D3 Pro

The Sermoon D3 Pro was originally released in 2022. This 3D printer can reach printing speeds of up to 300mm/s.

Sermoon D3 Pro is a printing tech designed for industrial production, education, and prototyping. Here are its features:

  • Integrated with LAN printing

  • Compatible with numerous materials

  • Has an active heating function that eliminates internal model deformation

  • Integrated with an intelligent automatic leveling system

  • Equipped with the FDM technology

Creality's Other 3D Printing Solutions

Aside from the Sermoon D3, HALOT-MAGE series, and K1 series, Creality also introduced other new products for 3D printing activities.

These include the following:

CR-Scan Ferret: A 3D scanner designed to make modeling easier and more accessible to more consumers. It is integrated with a full-color camera, structured light, ASIC chipset, etc.

Falcon2 40W: One of the most powerful laser engravers in Creality's products. It has numerous ground-breaking features, such as Dynamic Spot Size Adjustment. This laser engraver can cut through a 20mm wood board and a 0.15 stainless steel. It can do this in one pass at a speed of up to 25,000mm/min.

Nebula Pad+ AI LiDAR: Creality's Nebula Pad is an all-in-one smart interactive terminal paired with AI LiDAR. This innovation allows the Nebula Pad to achieve first-layer detection, filament flow monitoring, and auto-leveling. It can also be paired with a 1080P USB camera with night vision, allowing 24-hour monitoring and time-lapse photography to record the entire printing process.

Creality's 3D Printed Footwear Solution

Creality does not only want its clients to have advanced 3D printing solutions but also encourages them to embrace change and futuristic fashions.

Creality unveiled a series of one-stop FDM 3D printed footwear solutions, a professional-grade "Sprite" extruder for soft materials with a series of 3D footwear models.

This technology allows consumers to have personalized footwear designs for street fashion, medical institutions, and many more.

During its 9th anniversary celebration, Creality even demonstrated 200 pairs of 3D-printed shoes. There was also a footwear model design contest, which encouraged participants to submit their works via the Creality Cloud.

A Word From Creality's CEO

Creality CEO Ao Danjun said that 3D printing has been favored by many engineering experts and professionals who love modeling, tinkering, and coding.

However, 3D printing still requires a steep learning curve. Creality is trying to solve this so that people can turn their creativity into reality.

"Leave the complexity to ourselves, and give the simplicity to users is our understanding of being user-centric," said Danjun.

"Our development of high-speed intelligent 3D printer will by no means stop here, and we have already planned for a future where every home can enjoy the convenience of 3D printing technology," added Creality's CEO.
