This area in the Philippines is an isolated piece of land, surrounded by waters and other islands, and has no stable internet connections apart from smartphone cellular data which is also unreliable.

Sunstar's report said that this was donated by the Central Visayas Information Sharing Network Foundation Inc. (CVISNET) in partnership with the Asia Pacific Network Information Centre (APNIC) Foundation of Australia.
