While most of what is happening in a Gigafactory is already previewed via teasers or short cut videos from Tesla, this new Giga Lab is changing the entire experience by showcasing it to visitors on the spot. This new concept store in China can build an electric vehicle for the company in 45 seconds, and this impressive process replicates what is happening in the Giga Shanghai location.

Throughout the years, Tesla has committed itself to excellence and quality, claiming that it would not matter if an EV was made in America or China, despite massive doubts about it.

Tesla's Giga Lab is a Concept Store that Can Build EVs in 45 Seconds

What better way is there to showcase what is inside a Gigafactory to the public without letting them in the actual site? Well, there is a new concept store in Chengdu, China called the "Giga Lab" which showcases this for all interested to learn more.

Tesla has recently held the opening ceremony for the concept store last June 10 and has opened its doors to all who want to know the company's processes and production, as done in its Gigafactory.

Tesla Asia said that it is still a Tesla Store, meaning that it is open to the public that wants to enter its showroom or buy a car from the company, but this additional treat takes them on a whole new experience.

Giga Lab in China Shows Gigafactory Shanghai's Process

The team's tweets showcase more of what is going on inside the Giga Lab, also saying that this concept store "imitates" the process in Gigafactory Shanghai which is in the same country. It is known that Giga Shanghai is one of Tesla's fastest production sites which focuses on its different EVs, particularly the Model Y which is famous in Asia and nearby regions.

Tesla's Giga Lab shows a design that is also similar to Gigafactories, showcasing the "hardcore beauty" of what the company offers.

One of the most iconic things about Tesla's production is its Gigafactories, and the company has made it a center for excellence, efficiency, and development of its clean energy cars. Tesla's Giga Shanghai is one of the most important plants in its arsenal, mainly because it will help answer its need to export EVs in the eastern hemisphere, particularly in Asia.

Last year saw an upgrade for Gigafactory Shanghai, and this centers on the company's commitment to growing more of what it offers not only for the country but the Asian region.
