The new Vivo V29 5G smartphone was spotted on the FCC certification website after it appeared on the SIRIM and NBTC certification databases. The FCC listing has revealed the handset's key specifications that buyers could expect.

According to Gizmo China, the FCC certification website revealed some of the most important specifications of the Vivo V29 5G smartphone. First, it was revealed that the upcoming model will use the code V2250. 

Aside from that, the FCC database also revealed that the upcoming smartphone will feature 5G and LTE networking. The Vivo V29 5G is also expected to come with Bluetooth and NFC support. 

FCC Listing Reveals the Device to Come with 4,505 mAh Battery Capacity and 80W Fast Charging

It was also revealed on the FCC listing that the upcoming phone will be powered by a 4,505mAh battery pack that will support 80W fast charging.

The type of 80W fast charging that would support the device includes a charging brick with model number V8073L0A0. So far, these were the new specifications cited on the FCC listing, but others also showed its other specifications.

Other Vivo V29 5G Specs Include Its Inclusion of the Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G+ SoC Processor

According to Tech Outlook, a Geekbench listing revealed that the Vivo V29 5G smartphone will feature a Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G Plus chipset with up to 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage running on Android 13 out of the box, ensuring seamless multitasking and performance.

Previous reports said this handset would also sport a tall 6.7-inch OLED display with Full HD+ resolution and a high 120Hz refresh rate. Regarding software, the upcoming Vivo V29 model is expected to come with the Funtouch OS 13, based on the Android 13 operating system.

Vivo V29 5G Camera Specs Confirmed to Come With a 64 MP Primary Cam

This upcoming smartphone will feature 64MP triple camera setup on the rear side with Optical Image Stabilization (OIS) support, and the front side will come with a 50 MP selfie camera.

As of press time, the specs listed above were the only information gathered for this upcoming handset. Although they have been certified to come with these specs,

it is important to note that it could still change as the final decision is still up to Vivo, especially when it comes to RAM and internal storage options. Fans will have to wait for the official announcement by Vivo regarding this upcoming V29 model.

Vivo is reportedly gearing up to reveal its highly anticipated Vivo V29 series to the world. With no official announcement yet, a report by What Mobile said there is a possibility for a July launch. 

The report noted that rumors in the tech corridors suggest that the Vivo V29 is ready to make its grand entrance as it has already received approval from the NBTC authority of Thailand.
