The upcoming electric pickup from Tesla is now getting more details from the company, with their latest Q2 2023 reports claiming that the truck's length is at sub-19-feet size, ideal for those with tight garages. Most of the pickups that are released now are longer and wider, but Tesla's design is more than ideal for those with standard garage sizes.

Despite the shorter length, the Tesla Cybertruck still brings an impressive truck bed size, four doors that can accommodate four to five passengers and more storage on its frunk.

Tesla released its Q2 2023 report in the latest earnings call of the company, and apart from another record-breaking quarter, the company also dropped hints on its renowned electric pickup.

According to Tesla CEO Elon Musk in an earlier presentation, the Cybertruck comes in at an impressive sub-19 feet size, and this is relatively fit for standard garages in the country. The company released the official length of the car to give future buyers and fans an expectation of the upcoming electric vehicle that would arrive in the years to come.

Apart from this, the Tesla chief also teased the many technologies which the Cybertruck brings for all.

The Cybertruck is Fit for Garages, Also for Cargo

The impressive sub-19-foot size of the Cybertruck is adept for most garages without the need to adjust them to fit the car. However, this does not compromise the overall capabilities of the vehicle, particularly as it retains four doors for all passengers to access, a six-foot-long bed for cargo, and additional storage in its frunk.

Notably, it is shorter than Ford's F-150 Lightning which comes in at 19.25 feet long, but only features a 5.5-foot bed at its rear.

Tesla's Development of the Cybertruck

Despite the 2018 unveiling of the Cybertruck and initially promised two years ago, the electric pickup from the famed clean energy company is not yet here. However, earlier this 2023, Elon Musk confirmed the official start of the Cybertruck production in its different plants and Gigafactories, marking the start of its future arrivals.

Still, Tesla would not start volume production on this pickup until 2024, so hold your horses.

Futuristic and meme-worthy design apart, one of the most noticeable things on the Cybertruck is its "mega wipers," known for being a single-arm design. It has been subject to many questions, but the recent test on a wind tunnel where it dealt with a great amount of force and water shows its capabilities in a video

The Cybertruck has been delayed for a long time, and it is high time for Tesla to bring it to the public, especially those who are eagerly waiting for its arrival. In its latest earnings call for the last quarter, Tesla revealed that the Cybertruck's length is in the sub-19-foot category, making it ideal to park in most garages while maintaining its spacious cargo bed and cabin.
