What to Expect From Activision Blizzard's Call of Duty 2023?

It remains unknown what Call of Duty 2023's game will be, but many expect it to be Modern Warfare 3, as previously revealed in leaks and speculations.

For now, gamers are given a chance to experience the next game via Warzone 2, and it would provide players with a glimpse of what title it would be, finally confirming the next release of the renowned shooter franchise.

Call of Duty's Famed Shooter Franchise

Last month was one of the key moments for Call of Duty and Activision Blizzard, as an early leak pointed out the title of the next game of the franchise, centering on another remake from the company.

This title in question is "Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3," which turns 12 years old this November, set for a modern revival for current platforms.

The last original story Call of Duty game came out in 2021, and this was "Call of Duty: Vanguard," which centered on World War II and garnered a mixed reaction from the public.

It was the 18th installment of the COD franchise and was regarded as the company returning to its roots and preceding its modern take on action shooters.

Activision Blizzard promised a premium Call of Duty 2023 release to the public, and it is yet unknown what game it would bring, whether it is an original and new one or the Modern Warfare 3 remake.

Nevertheless, this is one event that gamers should anticipate, with the Call of Duty 2023 reveal event happening in the upcoming week via Warzone 2.
