Valve is giving away 13 commemorative items as part of Dota 2's 10th anniversary.
For the past years, the number of daily "Dota 2" players are coming like a seesaw—sometimes they come and go. It's expected for an old game that has been undergoing massive changes.
"So put on your party hats and join us, won't you, in celebrating Dota 2's 10-year anniversary, commemorating the various milestones, semi-milestones, and occasional regular-shaped stones found on the path of Dota's decade-long journey," a Dota 2 blog post reads.
According to One Esports, Valve released a beta key for "Dota 2" in 2013. That's the time of the year when it all started for casual and professional gamers.

Commemorative Dota 2 Treasures You Can Receive For Free
Cosmetic items are what keep "Dota 2" players alive especially if they are free, rare, and anything in between. When Valve gave away Arcanas for free, returning gamers flocked once again to the game.

Valve is taking another generous step in hopes of luring new and old players to play the game once again. The mechanic is easy and all you have to do is to win 13 games to win these 13 items.
Since this is a special occasion for the "Dota 2" team, you have until Thursday, Sep. 7 to claim these cosmetic items and add them to your collection. Most of them are high-valued, but just like the free Arcanas, they are non-tradable and non-marketable.
Free Dota 10-Year Anniversary Bundle Has Been Criticized
Even though this is clear as day that Valve is thankful to fans who supported the game for a long time, some players think that the bundles are underwhelming.
Although the skins have refreshed effects, some people say that it's a deal-breaker to not add the past Arcanas from the previous Battle Passes.
