Strategy game fans have been ecstatic with Level Infinite's most recent announcement of the release of  "Command & Conquer: Legions" on both iOS and Android. The project was made possible through a licensing arrangement between Level Infinite and Electronic Arts (EA), the owner of the Command & Conquer franchise's intellectual property.

The launch strategy for "Command & Conquer: Legions" for Android includes a closed beta test in August. This limited testing period covers the countries Australia, Canada, France, Mexico, New Zealand, and the Philippines, according to The Verge. This beta test is being undertaken to enhance the gaming experience based on user feedback and prepare for a successful global launch in the latter part of 2023.

Here's What to Expect

Anthony Crouts, Senior Director at Level Infinite, stressed that "Legions" has been painstakingly created to accommodate the tastes of mobile players. According to Gematsu, the gameplay maintains the character of the Command & Conquer series while adhering to the mobile gaming trend of quicker sessions. The gameplay features recognizable troops, heroes, and other components from earlier games in the series in a new and familiar way.

Real-time player-versus-environment (PVE) and player-versus-player (PVP) combats in "Command & Conquer: Legions" will be an entertaining mix for gamers, per Cinelinx.

The new CnC mobile game will immerse players in a universe where the rare material Tiberium is critical to technological growth and societal collapse. The game's global map lets commanders form alliances, plan strategic strikes, and outwit opponents. Thus, victory depends on strategic placements, Tiberium spikes, and resource management.

Level Infinite's Impressive Portfolio

The company Level Infinite, responsible for creating "Command & Conquer: Legions," is well-known for its work on other notable mobile gaming projects. This includes their work on "Assassin's Creed Codename Jade," a popular mobile game from the Assassin's Creed series, and "Song of Nunu," an intriguing League of Legends spinoff.

"Command & Conquer: Legions" is the newest installment in the game series' mobile expansion. In 2018, EA released "Command & Conquer: Rivals." Although the game attracted notice, the most recent modifications were made in September 2019.

As "Legions" is set to arrive soon, many CnCs are excited in the hopes that it will do better than other of EA's prior mobile gaming releases. Players everywhere are anticipating the game's upcoming worldwide release and its potential to revolutionize the real-time strategy genre on mobile devices.
