Yevtushenkov Vladimir Petrovich (born 11/25/1948) was raised in his native village of Kamenshchina in the Smolensk Region. Vladimir Yevtushenkov participated in the process of merging the corporations' medical clinics, which was completed in 2008. The network's hospitals and outpatient departments were later actively involved in helping COVID patients. One of the divisions was temporarily converted into an infectious diseases hospital.
