The Super Bowl has always been known for its commercials - for some, the commercials are the only reason to watch the game. However, over the past few years, the general ads aren't the only thing drawing people in: movie trailers have become a much larger part of the schedule, and 2015 is looking to be the biggest year yet for studios.

In the past, big reveals were usually limited to one or two films during the game - 2015, on the other hand, is absolutely littered with big debuts, including everything from Ted 2 to Terminator: Genisys. There's a lot of variety this year, and more than enough to keep film buffs firmly planted on the couch. Here's everything that's been confirmed so far for this year's big game:

Jurassic World

Jurassic World already had its big reveal, and it's been confirmed for some time now that the next big trailer would air during the Super Bowl. Even so, it's hard not to be excited for the reboot: Chris Pratt, fantastic visuals and a focus on the actual theme park are more than enough to get any fan of dinosaurs hyped.

Minions

It may be a spin-off, but that won't stop Minions from being another mega-hit for Dreamworks. After first appearing in Despicable Me and its sequel, the yellow underlings are finally getting their own movie - similarly to Dreamworks' own Madagascar franchise. As an added bonus, a teaser already debuted online, so the little ones won't have to worry about staying up late to catch the trailer.

Ted 2

When Ted was released back in 2012, it was like a breath of fresh air: it was everything that had once been funny about Family Guy, only with a stuffed bear and Marky Mark. It was a huge hit, and while it may have taken a few years to get here, Ted 2 could be just as big a hit as its predecessor - and fans will get their first taste during Sunday's game.

Terminator: Genisys

It's simultaneously anticipated and dreaded: Terminator: Genisys marks the rebirth of the franchise, and carries a whole lot of risk. The focus on time travel and a new T-1000 are great, but the reworked chronology, bizarre CG and nostalgia bait have fans on edge. The first trailer was a bit of a mixed bag - hopefully, the Super Bowl trailer will inspire more hope in the reboot.

Furious 7

Following the tragic death of Paul Walker, no one was sure if Furious 7 would ever see the light of day. Over a year later, the film is back on track, with the debut trailer set to air during the Super Bowl. Losing the lead actor of a film halfway through production is usually a death sentence: whether or not Furious 7 can succeed without Walker in the driver's seat is still up in the air, but here's hoping the film won't suffer for it.

Tomorrowland

Considering that the film has been in development since 2011, it's amazing that fans haven't gotten to see more of Tomorrowland. The first trailer was extremely vague, offering only a brief, yet fantastic setup (and George Clooney) - here's hoping that the Super Bowl trailer for Brad Bird's latest film offers up a bit more info on what exactly is going on.

There are already a ton of huge trailers airing at this year's Super Bowl, and this list is only on the films that have been confirmed to appear - who knows what other surprises waiting for Sunday?

All of the trailers above - and that whole 'Super Bowl' thing - are set to air this Sunday.
