It's easy to see why people are so excited for Jurassic World. The movie stars Chris Pratt, it refocuses on something closer to the original storyline and it debuted with an absolutely amazing trailer late last year. In fact, that trailer alone could be responsible for any excitement surrounding the film because it silenced so many doubters.

Universal Pictures is hoping to keep the hype train going, as the production company just announced (via Good Morning America) that a second teaser for Jurassic World will air during television's biggest event: the Superbowl.

It makes a lot of sense, considering that the Superbowl is airing on NBC, and both the network and Jurassic World are owned by Universal. Whether or not the film production will have to shell out the $4.5 million per 30 seconds has yet to be confirmed.

While Jurassic World is currently the only blockbuster trailer on the Superbowl commercial lineup, that doesn't mean other trailers won't make an appearance. However, there's one movie that won't be making an appearance during the game, and that's The Avengers: Age of Ultron. Marvel has already confirmed that the film will be receiving a new trailer, but it will debut during the College Football Playoff National Championship instead of the Superbowl. The studio has already released a teaser for the new trailer:

It's interesting to note that Marvel describes the upcoming reveal as a full trailer, while the Jurassic World spot will likely be a 60-second teaser. It certainly wouldn't be the first time that a shorter spot has made its debut during the game - running a full-length two-minute trailer would cost a studio roughly $18 million this year, and at the end of the day, it's just isn't worth the money.

If Universal is hosting the only Superbowl movie trailer for the entire night, it could end up being a huge boost for Jurassic World. Then again, if the trailer is anything less than fantastic, it could backfire on the studio...but even so, the first Jurassic World trailer was near-perfect, so there's likely nothing to worry about in terms of quality.

Thankfully, there's not much time left before the trailer drops: the second Jurassic World teaser will debut during the Superbowl on Feb. 1.
