The Apple Card might have not come out with much buzz as not a lot of people use it but recently, the offering came out with a daily cash-back reward system for users. The new promo reward gives users 10% daily cash back when they charge their vehicles through gas or electricity.
Apple Card Offers 10% Daily Cash Back when Gassing Vehicles or Charging EVs
According to the story by Mac Rumors, this comes as the latest promotion by Apple for its Apple Card. Although the deal sounds good, it was highlighted that it would be provided for "select Apple users" for the free rewards.
The rewards involved giving users 10% daily cash back when it comes to gas and EV charging with the bonus being collectible on up to $6,000 when it comes to gas or charging. This means the total reward that users can claim would amount to $600 given they max it out.
There are Different Methods that Users can Follow in Order to Avail the 10% Cash Back Rewards
It was also noted that owners of the Apple Card will be able to pay with three different options, allowing them to choose the most convenient. While some might prefer the more virtual method, others might like to use the physical card.
As also reported in an article by TS2, the first option would be to pay for gas and charge with Apple Pay, the app that most Apple users are already using. The second option is that owners can use a virtual card number in the apps, which allows them to make purchases without a physical card required.
Apple Card Owners can Claim Up to $600 Daily Cash Back on Gas and Electric Charging of Up to $6,000
The last method that Apple Card owners can follow is to use the physical Apple Card in person. All of these methods would give users the free cash back which goes up to $600 if they max out the allotted gas and charging limit of $6,000.
It was also noted that this promotion would only be available until October 5 and that in order to find the details, users will have to go to the Daily Cash hub found in the Wallet app. However, this option is only available for those eligible for the cashback.
Apple Card Gives 3% Cash Back Through Exxon or Mobile
On the Apple Card website, it was also mentioned that owners have to ensure that they register the Apple Card as their Wallet's default card when making purchases. It was also noted that even after the promotion, users will also be able to earn a 3% cash back when they use either Apple Pay or Apple card at either Exxon or Mobile.
It was noted that in order to avail of the 3% cash back rewards at Exxon or Mobile, owners would have to use either the Exxon Mobil Rewards+ mobile app or Apple Pay with contactless payment.
