The Down Detector website was on fire earlier today, as there was a problem with Sky Broadband's internet service, with customers and users claiming that it is down. There are three main services to Sky Broadband's offers, including broadband internet, satellite television service, and home telephone, with its customer service on fire via social media because it remains inaccessible.
Sky Group is one of Britain's top media and telecommunications conglomerates, also providing various services, including the internet, but many complain of its regular problems in connections.
Sky's Broadband Internet is Down
Down Detector UK received a surge of complaints from customers and users of Sky Broadband earlier today, with the beginning of the public's outcry starting at around 10 PM British time. Many users claimed in the comment section that they have tried different ways to connect, but so far, no efforts have proven fruitful in regaining the connection.
As much as 94 percent of the claims point out to its internet connection, with 4 percent of the reports claiming they have problems with television streaming and two percent on television alone.
The surge of reports continued earlier today at around midnight, but so far, none have claimed regarding them regaining their connections to be restored.

Sky Down: Is It Fixed Now?
Different users in various areas in the country have reported their troubles connecting to Sky's broadband all over X (formerly Twitter), directed to the Sky Help Team's official account.
Another person claimed that they are located next to the Sky office in Isleworth, and they are also experiencing difficulties in connections.
Until now, there are still no official statements or confirmations regarding Sky's services being down, with the company not confirming if a fix is already live.
