Eufy has just revealed its new line of security cameras including the SoloCamS340, Floodlight Cam E340, Indoor Cam S350, and the Video Doorbell E340 which all come with added abilities. One of the abilities is the addition of AI-powered features, which allow for better tracking.

Eufy Home Security Cameras Come with Advanced AI Abilities for Better Identification and Tracking

According to the story by Tom's Guide, one particular gadget that stands out is the SoloCam S340, which comes with AI-assisted pan and tilt abilities. This means that the dual cameras would be powered by AI for better cross-camera tracking.

It was explained that the AI cross-camera tracking feature would be able to significantly limit how many notifications users would see from their cameras. This is because additional metrics could be added to ensure that users only get notified for the most important segments.

It was then revealed that another device, the HomeBase S380, would come with enabled AI cross-camera tracking as well which would allow it to merge shots coming from different cameras into one clip, allowing users to get a single notification instead of multiple ones.

Users Get Lesser Notifications with Compiled Shots of an Event or Person

The HomeBase S380 would be using AI to more effectively track events and individuals. It was revealed that users would get compiled shots of a certain event or person which would automatically be chronologically organized.

Users who want to check out the feature before making a purchase would be able to do so via the free trial. However, the company is still expected to reveal the price of the feature during the fourth quarter of the year.

Although the cross-camera tracking, as described by Tom's Guide, might be a premium feature and require a type of subscription, it's important to note that storing clips from the user's camera is free.

It was also revealed that in order to purchase the new camera lineup by Eufy, buyers can do so by going either to the official Eufy website or through Amazon.

It was revealed that the new cameras by Eufy are already available online and the most affordable of the bunch is the Indoor Cam S350. Unlike other devices, it was noted that the Indoor Cam S350 would only cost buyers $129.99.

The next device that buyers can purchase if they're on a budget is the Video Doorbell E340 which was listed at $179.99. Although still affordable, this device is listed at $50 more expensive than the Indoor Cam S350.
