NVIDIA unveiled the latest access to the GeForce Now service, offering Day Passes for gamers who want to experience the cloud streaming platform and its wide list of titles for a cheaper price. This access would only give users 24 hours to enjoy everything a specific tier has to offer, with Priority and Ultimate options available.

The Priority Day Pass is available for only $3.99 for its 24-hour validity, giving access to all the games in the library, no ads, 1080p resolution, 60 FPS, access to Premium servers, 6-hour gaming sessions, and more.

On the other hand, the Ultimate Day Pass gives this expanded 1-day experience with exclusive access to RTX 4080 servers, 8-hour gaming sessions, 4K resolution, 120 FPS, all games, no ads, and more for only $7.99.

NVIDIA Ge Force Now: Monthly Subscription vs. Day Pass

NVIDIA said that through the Day Pass, users are not required to have a membership to the company, and this unlocks all Premium benefits on the regular subscription tiers. The caveat is, that it is only available for 24 hours, and users either have to buy another Day Pass or subscribe to the platform.

This is ideal for those who can only play on the weekends or sometime in the week because of their busy schedules, especially as the regular membership subscription would set them more than twice the price for monthly access.

Currently, NVIDIA offers the monthly rates for Priority at $9.99 and Ultimate for $19.99.

NVIDIA GeForce Now's Cloud Gaming Services

Almost a decade ago, NVIDIA unveiled its take on cloud gaming services called GeForce Now, and back then, it was only offered for a monthly subscription of $7.99. It was made available to any NVIDIA-powered PCs, Shield TVs, Android-based TV set-top box, and more, initially leveraging 50 titles from its library to gamers, calling it a "Netflix for games."

The renowned company increased subscriptions in 2021 to keep up with other rivals at this time, including the likes of Google Stadia and Amazon Luna, offering Priority access at a $10 monthly payout. This is now the pricing that NVIDIA follows for its current offers of the Priority tier, and not much has changed for the Ultimate experience.

In this new offer, the company is offering gamers a way to save on subscription prices, especially as it will suit casual players who do not have time to allot for gaming on most days. This new day pass on NVIDIA GeForce Now has no strings attached said the company, not requiring membership to access the titles available on its cloud streaming, with significantly reduced pricing for Priority and Ultimate access for a day.
