'Hogwarts Legacy 2' Leak Details Rumored Upcoming Experiences, Features, and More For Sequel Game

'Hogwarts Legacy 2's' latest leak shows a different game.

A new leak has made claims about the details to expect from "Hogwarts Legacy 2," the sequel to the renowned action RPG game that Warner Bros. Games and Avalanche Software released almost two years ago.

The latest leak is suggesting that "Hogwarts Legacy 2" will be a different game compared to the original one as it would not reportedly follow the same action RPG experiences seen there.

'Hogwarts Legacy 2' Leak: Upcoming Features and More

According to a report from ComicBook Gaming, the leak on the upcoming "Hogwarts Legacy 2" game centers on the latest hunt by WB Games and Avalanche Software for new employees to join its development. Avalanche Software is now looking to fill different positions in the company to work on a game.

It is important to note that Avalanche Software's first and only development when it was established was "Hogwarts Legacy," and it is speculated that their latest job listings are for the specific game's sequel development.

Based on one position that Avalanche Software is looking to fill, the Lead Narrative Designer job opening is looking for someone who has experience in adapting a narrative to a "multiplayer framework." The report said that a multiplayer framework in video games centers on different kinds of experiences like PvP (person versus person), PvE (personversus environment), live service, and matchmaking.

Moreover, Avalanche Software is also looking for an applicant who can help them deliver "dynamic dialog," which refers to the responsiveness to a player's "actions or interactions in real-time multiplayer settings." It is important to note that the original "Hogwarts Legacy" did not have this kind of feature as players were given an RPG that lets them dictate how it would turn out based on their choices.

What to Expect From the 'Hogwarts Legacy' Sequel

According to ComicBook Gaming's report, this latest leak coincides with previous rumors and speculations regarding the sequel to "Hogwarts Legacy," which WB Games reportedly wants to transform into a live-service game. Previous claims said that the developers want to integrate a multiplayer experience here, with many reporting on its switch to an online focus.

However, another report suggested that there may be two games that are under development from Avalanche Software which all centers on succeeding "Hogwarts Legacy." The first one would be a spiritual successor, which was referred to as "Hogwarts Legacy 2." In addition, they would reportedly bring another action RPG title that is heavily focused on the narrative, while the other would be an open-world live-service game set in the Wizarding World.

That being said, it is important to note that there have been no confirmations that the job listing from Avalanche Software is for "Hogwarts Legacy 2's" development. It is possible that this job opening is for a different game that it is developing so take this leak with a grain of salt.
