Microsoft's Xbox brings "Stream your own game" to PCs after initially launching it for consoles earlier this year, offering computer gamers a chance to enjoy different kinds of titles on the platform.
There is a massive list of selected titles that are eligible to be played on PC under the "Stream your own game" program, but it should be noted that this is still under a test run from the company.
Additionally, there are also several caveats and requirements to enjoying this new experience on PC, including a requirement to be subscribed to the Xbox Game Pass service.
Xbox 'Stream your own game' Now Available on PC
Microsoft announced in its latest release that the "Stream your own game" feature which was originally launched on its gaming consoles is making its way to PCs to allow more users to access their libraries.
This feature allows gamers to enjoy the titles they own in different eligible platforms, focusing on a new streaming experience.
According to Microsoft, users who are currently subscribed to the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate and are part of the Xbox Insiders Program under the PC Gaming Preview may now test this feature.
Moreover, Microsoft revealed that this feature is coming to 28 countries where Xbox Cloud Gaming (beta) is available and supported, which also means that it is still in limited availability. Xbox Insiders are also required to be Game Pass Ultimate subscribers to get this feature on their PCs.
The PC availability of Xbox's Stream your own game follows its release on smart TVs, Meta Quest headsets, and supported browsers smartphones and tablets.
Select Titles Available to Enjoy in Test Run
According to Microsoft, there are more than 250 games that are available to be played under the program, available for gamers who are subscribed to the Game Pass Ultimate and are insiders. Users may sign up for the Xbox Insiders program for free, but the Game Pass Ultimate subscription would set them back $20 per month.

The list includes the likes of "Cyberpunk 2077," "Hogwarts Legacy," "Baldur's Gate 3," "Balatro," "Star Wars Outlaws," and more. According to the company, they are planning to add more titles to this list to deliver more experiences for gamers, including games under the "Xbox Play Anywhere" program.
Microsoft also said that console-only games are eligible to be played under the "Stream your own game" feature, something that was not previously available on PC platforms.
Through this feature, users would no longer be required to download and install a game on their PCs to enjoy the experience as they could hop right into launching a title they own.
