The Hulk vs. Iron Man is going to be one of the biggest fight of Avengers: Age of Ultron. Thanks to a new clip from the movie shown by Disney during its mini Star Wars event, we have an idea how this fight will go down, and why Bruce Banner has gone mad.
According to reports from Stitch Kingdom, a publication that is close to Disney, Iron Man will do battle with The Hulk because the big green beast is under the influence of Scarlet Witch. We know the witch is working for Ultron, so it could be part of the master plan of the Android to have Banner destroy things, or maybe the witch did it to make good on her escape.
The publication claims that as The Hulk began to plunge South Africa into turmoil, Tony Stark came on the scene in his Iron Man armor. Out of nowhere, huge metal objects surrounded the beast and enclosed him in a cage, but in no time, The Hulk smashed the cage down and continued his trek of madness.
Those huge metal things then slowly began to transform into something spectacular, the Hulkbuster armor. Iron Man got into the thing and right away, he and The Hulk began to punch each other in the face.
We understand that for the majority of the clip, Iron Man in his Hulkbuster suit was giving The Hulk the beating of his life, but not even that was good enough to slow the beast down. The clip ends with Iron Man taking the green monster for a flight, from which we are certain The Hulk will make him pay.
We've been saying it since day one, something or someone is causing The Hulk to rip the streets of South Africa apart. When we realize that Scarlet Witch will play a key role in the film, right away we felt the writers could never pass up on the idea of allowing her to mess with the mind of Banner.
The first trailer showed The Hulk and Iron Man trading blows, but something caught our attention. The eyes of The Hulk had this tint of red, which suggests he was under the influence of the Scarlet With. And then the recent trailer showed the Witch manipulating the mind of Black Widow, and from there we knew for sure she would do the same to The Hulk.
How will The Hulk overcome the control of Scarlet Witch? Hey, we have no idea, but it should be interesting.
