Mortal Kombat X already has a huge roster: the character count is already over 25 combatants, and NetherRealm Studios has confirmed that some fighters won't be revealed until the game's release in April.

On top of that, the game already has one huge guest character in the form of Friday the 13th's Jason Voorhees - but one more couldn't hurt, right?

The game is only a few weeks away from release, so it makes sense that any downloadable content set for launch will start popping up on online stores. Mortal Kombat X's season pass, called the 'Combat Pass,' is now up on the Xbox Live store...and, if you look closely, there's one little detail that sticks out from the rest:

That's right - the Predator is joining the Mortal Kombat X roster! (which we totally called earlier this month)

Details are still scarce: it's highly unlikely that this is how NetherRealm wanted the reveal to go, and as such, the studio hasn't released anything official just yet. At the very least, players should expect a short tease (similar to the one Jason received last week), though a full trailer showing off both guest characters isn't out of the question.

The Combat Pass listing also confirmed that two more classic Mortal Kombat characters would be included with Jason and the Predator (though they have yet to be revealed), and each new character receive extra costumes as well. Skins for the game's core roster will also be available as part of the season pass.

With the Predator's inclusion, Mortal Kombat X's roster is almost 30 strong...and then there are the three separate fighting styles for each character, bonus modes, new Fatalities, the online Faction Wars and more that has yet to be revealed. At this point, it's starting to seem like NetherRealm wants to make sure that gamers never have to play another fighting game ever again.

Thankfully, there are only a few short weeks before fans can finally get their hands on the game: Mortal Kombat X will hit store shelves on April 14.
