You can find Xur hiding over in Tower North this weekend near the speaker's chambers.
He will be standing there when you arrive, obsessing over his ever growing collection of strange coins.

After several weeks of selling exotic primary weapons, Xur is back to his old ways. This time it is the exotic rocket launcher "Dragon's Breath" up for grabs. By no means a weak weapon, Gjallahorn seems to be preferred among Guardians when it comes to heavy firepower. The "Don't Touch Me" Hunter gauntlets are also useful in certain situations, as they briefly turn you invisible upon taking damage from a melee attack. You can snag an exotic engram for 23 motes of light, and Xur is selling heavy ammo packs, sparrow upgrades and exotic shards, like usual.
