It's time to take a new look at the progress being made by Samsung and its affiliated carriers in releasing the Android 5.0 Lollipop update to the Galaxy Note 4, Note 3, Note 2 and Note Edge.

Galaxy Note 4: Since our last roundup, significant progress has been made in the U.S. in releasing the Android 5.0 Lollipop update for the Galaxy Note 4. AT&T and Verizon have both joined Sprint in releasing the update for Samsung's latest flagship phablet, while it remains in manufacturer development at T-Mobile. The Canadian update is now expected sometime in April, while internationally, India and Brazil have recently received the update.

Galaxy Note 3: AT&T made news recently when it released the Galaxy Note 3 Android Lollipop 5.0 update, joining T-Mobile in the U.S. Internationally, the rollout has recently hit the UK, Bangladesh, Bulgaria, China and Taiwan.

Galaxy Note 2: There was good news recently for Galaxy Note 2 owners who were wondering whether their aging phablet would receive the update at all. The release of the Android Lollipop 5.0 update was confirmed for the Note 2 by Samsung's regional arm in the Nordic region of Europe, which stated that the updates would be coming "later in 2015" but gave no specifics on time frame.

Galaxy Note Edge: Not much new has transpired since the Galaxy Note Edge received its first Android Lollipop 5.0 update in Australia. Since that time, only India has received an update for the curved display phablet.
