Some of us are so excited about this weekend's season premiere of Game of Thrones that we want to sing about it.

That's exactly what the cast of the HBO series did in this new video put together by the team over at The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.

This video is a case of some seriously mad editing skills, along with a sense of fun. You can't help but wonder at how many hours of footage the video production team watched of Game of Thrones to pick out each word that matched the lyrics in the song, "I'm So Excited."

As Fallon introduces this video, his live studio audience goes wild. It's obvious that Fallon, and his audience, are "pretty excited."

This video is just one of many being released this week not only promoting the show, but also parodying it. We've seen a Sesame Street version called Game of Chairs, as well as a hilarious video that shows us that Jon Snow isn't very good at dinner parties and small talk.

If you need to brush up on your knowledge of all things Westeros and beyond, though, you can either re-watch all four previous seasons of Game of Thrones, read all five books by George R.R. Martin, or catch up by using these maps, guides and websites (hint: the latter option is probably the easiest.)

And if, for some reason, you can't watch the series live, you'll also want to make sure you avoid spoilers, which are likely to occur all over the Internet. Fortunately, there are apps and browser add-ons that can help you avoid any talk of your favorite shows that you can't watch immediately.

Season five of Game of Thrones premieres on HBO Sunday, April 12.

Fans of the A Song of Ice and Fire books, the basis for the HBO series, have longer to wait, though: the next novel, Winds of Winter, probably won't be out for some time, although Martin recently canceled convention plans over the spring and summer to work on it.

In the meantime, for those readers wanting a sneak peek at book six, Martin just released an excerpt about Sansa (now Alayne).
